            em.Name = "Testo";

                //em = openErpService.GetEntity<Employee>(e => e.Name.Equals("Testo"));
            }
            catch (CookComputing.XmlRpc.XmlRpcException ex)
            {

In Test proyect, the Test_Create_Employee_with_min_values() method tests the same. could you run test and check if gives the same exception?

On the other hand, what modules you have instaled in OP7? if you haven't installed a custom module, send me installed modules, maybe i can reproduce error. Also stacktrace would be helpful.

If you have installed a custom module in OP7 that modify employee entity, check for required fields that are not mapped in Employee class.

I think the error comes up from an integer property that has a null value in OP7, because OP7 resturns false when a property is null.
